The Fontana Department Store
The building was constructed in the early 1980's based upon György Vedres' designs. Immo-Müller Ltd. became a part owner of it along with two other companies (Aranypók and Képcsarnok Company) in 1993. Then Immo-Müller became the sole proprietor of the building in 1996. The house can be found right in the heart of the city, in the centre of the pedestrian area.

Tower A
The 2000 square meter-sized office space can be found in the tower of the Fontana Department Store, in the centre of the pedestrian area. These offices are for rent either in one or by separate levels at a reasonable price. For our clients' comfort every level has two different restroom areas and a kitchenette. The ideal temperature of the offices is taken care of by a central heating and cooling system. Also to ensure maximum client satisfaction we offer a 24-hour reception and security assistance.

Tower B
The entrance of Tower B can be found on the western side of Fontana Department Store's passage. On the ground floor there is also a built-in second platform (gallery), the offices are 250 square meter-sized on each level from the 1st to the 7th floor. The tenants haven't changed for years in Tower B because of its peaceful and pleasant location.

Tower C
This office tower is situated directly above the department store. These offices are the best for those clients who are looking for smaller, 50-100 square meter-sized offices at an extremely reasonable price. There are two elevators in the building and this tower also disposes of a 24-hour reception service. In the cellar there are also some smaller and bigger depositories, which are also for rent. These depositories can be reached through the garage's entrance.

The department store is rented by the clothing firm, C&A.
